Nottingham, United Kingdom based rider Tom D’Arcy who is representing Tempest Brand and Social Frame and Part is the newest guy who answered on our questions. Tom had and still have problems with his ankle and likes to ride at the new Nottingham Flo skatepark. Find more after the jump.

1. Name, Location, Sponsors.
Tom D’Arcy, Nottingham, UK.
I ride for Tempest Brand and I recently got hooked with a Social frame and parts, so I will be on a flow team sort of thing, which I’m really excited about.
2. The best place to ride.
The best place to ride has to be the new indoor in Nottingham called Flo because its a sick park, it’s near to me and there’s always people to ride with every time I go!
3. What do you think about BMX community?
I think the BMX community is good, because you are always meeting new people and having fun and nothing is taken too seriously!
4. What was your worst injury on or off your bike?
Probably fucking up my ankle at Adrenaline Alley, Corby in March. I had about eight x-rays and they couldn’t find a break but I had a cast on for a couple of days and then I was on crutches for 10 days. I couldn’t ride for 6 weeks. I also still have private physio for it now to try and sort it out.
5. Tell a joke for kids.
Roses are black, violets are black, I’m blind.
6. What is your opinion about mellonBMX and online BMX contests?
Mellon BMX is sick because they post so many decent edits, they also post a lot of edits from up and coming riders to give them a chance to get noticed, and the contests are sweet as well!
7. Who would you like to thank?
Id like to thank my parents for supporting me and driving me round everywhere, Adam Skinner at Tempest for hooking me up with some sick clothes and giving me the opportunity to meet and ride with some sick people and film some cool stuff! I’d also like to thank Rob Andrews at Social bike co / Premium products for hooking me up with my new bike, I’d like to thank Naylor and Rich from Urban Air for always fixing my bike and stuff and letting me ride in The Cycle Show shop battle this year which was amazing. I’d like to thank Lewis Shaw for filming my first edit and helping me with random stuff as well as Rick Plummer. And finally I’d like to thank everyone I ride with for the sick times! Sorry if I forgot anyone.
