Raleigh UK caught up with Diamondback rider Ben Hucke during his trip to UK for the Cycle Show to talk about his heroes, future plans, street riding and more. It is funny but on the other hand it is serious.
This is the first part of Diamondback’s UK rider Jay Cowley riding some outdoor and indoor skateparks. Unfortunately the weather in UK this year stopped pretty much all the trail riding, but that does not mean that Jay stopped riding. Looking forward for the second part.
Osiris, Diamondback and Blunted rider Matt Closson decided to put together some of the old clips and some recently filmed ones for this new edit. Matt throws down some great riding on those dope looking spots of Vegas.
Aaron Nardi recently went on a Northwest trip wit Diamondback. They first held down a jam to show Diamondback’s 2013 product line and than hit some street and dirt spots to get some riding and filming down and to have fun all the time. Riding from Ben Hucke, Darin Read, Diogo Canina and more.
To celebrate the launch of Diamondback 2013 complete bikes, Ben Hucke, Rob Armour, Diogo Canina, Matt Closson, Nate Berkheimer and Darin Read went to UP skatepark to shred it with two Vital contest winners. If you would like to see some great park riding and a clip from a girl, press play and enjoy.
“After a season of career highs in Australia during 2010, Diamondback team rider Nik Ford returned to the UK looking to build on his successes only to be sidelined by a series of unfortunate events, resulting in knee surgery and a lengthy period off his BMX.
To help Nik focus on his recovery the team at Diamondback gave him a camera and asked him to document the process. The resulting edit ‘Nik Ford, Remember Me?’ features Nik talking about his crash and subsequent operation, including a rather frank and personal insight into the darker side of dealing with set-backs, intercut with footage from, to quote Nik, “the glory days.”
This serves as testament to his drive and determination to once again get back on his bike and we at Diamondback are sure you will see him up to his array of unique tricks in no time.
Until then take a seat and hear what the man himself has to say…”
“Vital BMX and Diamondback have teamed up to hook up two lucky riders in a big way. Not only will the winners each get a brand new bike; they’ll also get an all expenses paid trip to Washington for the 2013 Launch Jam! Learn all about the contest from Ben Hucke inside.”– Vital.
