You are looking at The Set’s new sprocket/sprocket guard combo that they are calling Forcefield sprocket. This sprocket is made out of aluminium and will be available in 25t and 28t and in black and polish options. It features a rounded edge for grinding and just enough clearing between teeth and guard to fit any type of chain, without touching the guard. For more visit The Set and follow them in Instagram @the_setbmx. Out in the first months of 2014.
Calvin Kosovich built himself up a fresh new glossy black The Set setup and here he is now running you through his whole setup along with nailing down some proper grind moves at the Hollywood High rail. Calvin is such a smooth rider and is no stranger to putting all his three pegs to use. Enjoy. Seen on TCU.
Flip through the above catalog that shows you The Set’s 2013 hardgoods, frames, stems, sprockets, forks, bars, cranks, pegs and more along with all bunch of great photos from the team.
Ballarat, Victoria based rider Nick Harris has joined The Set team. I really hope we will be seeing a welcome to the team edit in the near future from this guy.
“Nick is that guy when you watch him ride your asking your mate “what did he just do?!”
The Set dropped a sneak peek of their upcoming sprocket/guard. This is just a plastic prototype, so don’t get all crazy about it and there are also two photos combined in one, so you can see the inside and outside look. More info to come.
Brad Simms just dropped this news up on his Twitter account that he will be riding no more for The Set and DC Shoes. Maybe new opportunity? No idea.
Corey Bohan is no longer riding for The Set, you know that, right? But since they still are friends, The Set wanted to say a proper goodbay with this farewell edit. Corey rides Seath Pinter’s backyard trails and the amazing New Zealand trails with countless style and smooth tricks. Guest clip from Levi Jackonia. Filmed and edited by Calvin Kosovich.
